A fine unmounted mint traffic light block of ten. PHOSPHOR OMITTED from front of most of lower six stamps due to a PAPER FOLD before the application of phosphor. The missing phosphor appears on reverse of affected stamps including the narrow band at the margin. The PHOSPHOR ON GUMMED SIDE AS CLEAR DIAGONAL BANDS. The normal stamps in both columns and in the margin the phosphor stops short of the section folded back.
Quite likely a unique block.
